- Succesfully represented a coach in a wrongful dismissal case against an NSO
- Represented an International Sports Federation before the Court of Arbitration for Sport
- Represented the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport in a doping appeal before the Court of Arbitration for Sport
- Represented an NSO in a series of selection appeals
- Been appointed the Chief Arbitrator in a dispute between an NSO and PSO
- Been the sole Arbitrator in a draft dispute for a national sports league
- Been the sole Arbitrator in a sport selection dispute for a national multisport games
